Delete your account

Hellbent is a Magic: The Gathering Commander deck-building app published by Paraply Ventures. This page explains how to permanently delete your Hellbent account and what happens to your data.

How to delete your account

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Open Hellbent and make sure you are signed in.
Open the Account tab.
Under Session, tap Delete Account.
Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete My Account.

Your account and all associated data are erased immediately.

Option 2 — By email

If you can’t access the app, email support@hellbent.world from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership and remove your account within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently and immediately removes everything tied to it from our servers:

Your profile and login — email address, display name, and password
All of your decks and the cards in them
Folders, card tags, your wishlist, and your saved “staple” cards
Every active sign-in session on all devices

What we keep, and for how long

To protect the service against fraud and abuse, we retain a minimal security record that contains no profile information and no app content:

Security audit entry — the type of event (e.g. “account deleted”), a timestamp, and the originating IP address. No name, email, password, or deck data. Automatically deleted after 365 days.

Server request logs — the API endpoint, response status, and a timestamp, with no account identifier and no IP address. Automatically deleted after 30 days.

Card images and game data shown in the app come from third-party sources (Scryfall, EDHREC) and are not personal data.
